My name is Dele Olaewe, President/CEO of Recovering Failure Inc. After being laid off from a good job in 2012 and not able to secure a similar job position I decided to start a small apparel decoration business. The idea for this organization later came to me when I could not get any financial help from all available outside resources due to my poor credit status so as to grow and sustain my business. I knew that failure wasn't an option for me about the business and was very determined to make the business succeed. I took multiple of lower to minimum wage jobs just to keep up with my bills and expenses while still running the apparel decoration business. Whenever I made profit on an order I found that I have about 10 places to spend it back into the business which mean I have to "rob Peter to pay Paul" almost every time. I also noticed that some of my customers would not buy as much from me despite their business needs due to my same situation. Since I carried some inventory left over from other orders from spoilage, I decided to offer it at heavy discount to these businesses. The response was great as they don't even mind the colors, style or brand as long as I can put their logo on it. This made me wonder how many businesses out there that have some type of excess inventory that could be put to good use to develop and grow their businesses without allocating part of their profit to attaining the items. Since I know I could have benefited from such an Idea, I decided to for the organization to engage and coordinate a same type service. I hope the rest will be history.
